1. Use of the Site
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site and place orders. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

- Scrape, copy, or redistribute Site content without written permission

2. Products and Descriptions
We make reasonable efforts to display our products accurately, including colors, sizing, and design details. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display will accurately reflect the actual product. Minor variations in color, placement, or sizing are inherent to the print-on-demand process and do not constitute defects.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
3. Orders and Pricing
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping costs, which are calculated at checkout.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an item is listed at an incorrect price and we discover the error before fulfillment, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order.
4. Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards and any other payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting your payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use that payment method.
All transactions are processed securely by our payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
5. Print-on-Demand Fulfillment
All orders are fulfilled by our third-party partner, Printify. Products are manufactured specifically for each order after purchase. Because all items are custom-made, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once production has begun.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including logos, graphics, text, product designs, and photography — is the property of Lake Erie Clothing Co. or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written consent.
Product designs sold on this Site may be licensed from third-party designers or created exclusively for Lake Erie Clothing Co. Purchase of a product grants you a personal, non-commercial license to use that item. It does not transfer any intellectual property rights in the design.
7. User-Submitted Content
If you submit reviews, photos, or other content to the Site or tag us on social media, you grant Lake Erie Clothing Co. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with our products and marketing, without additional compensation to you. You represent that you own or have permission to share any content you submit.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all products and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lake Erie Clothing Co. and its owners, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, your orders, or any products purchased through the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lake Erie Clothing Co. and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Lorain County, Ohio.

Before initiating any formal legal action, you agree to contact us at hello@lakeerieclothing.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve any issue within 30 days of receiving your notice.

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lake Erie Clothing Co. regarding your use of the Site.
